If the enemy is not suppressed, you will "miss" them, even if you clearly did not. The game is designed to force you to use the suppression feature. Ultimately though, the whole argument that your weapon is just not accurate is not true.

#Brothers in arms road to hill 30 for ps2 mod
I remember there was a mod which removed this from the game though. Anything would have been better than the awkward moments when it feels like your shooting ghosts. It's kinda janky that it was designed this way, If I was a dev, I would have made the enemy jerk out of the way if you did connect a shot, make it look like they dodged it, or was hit but, not bad enough to stop fighting. The only other way is if you flank totally on their side or around them, and even then, your shots still might not register. Then you will notice your shots will hit. It's not that you are missing, the game is designed so you have to get the enemy into a suppressed state frist. You can take like 2-3 shots right on the Ai head and the game will deny you your hit. You will notice that when you are frist attacking that if the enemy has not been suppressed at all and you happen to get a decent angle for a shot, your clean shot will not register.
#Brothers in arms road to hill 30 for ps2 series
I forgot the ending, but I remember it being terrible (as in, hold my beer and hand me those tissues, terrible) and now I'm going to play the whole series over to get the whole storyline but for ♥♥♥♥sake I can't even kill anybody in this game!Īctually, your shots simply don't register. Hells Highway is much better, played that on my PS3. It just breaks this game for me, how undeadly the bullets are. That's easy enough you just gun everybody down but then mortars start raining from the sky and then you have to go and kill the morter nest but there's no cover you have to cross an open field and with the squad AI you'd have to do it yourself, but because your weapons fire paint balls for projectiles I'm at a lost for what to do, if I don't move I get shelled if I do move I get shot. Right now I'm at the point a mission where the checkpoint starts you defending at an MG nest next to a church.

I'm on normal and no matter what gun I'm using I have to unload the whole mag into an enemy until they die. Maybe the story is really good but what bothers me the most is how many damn bullets enemies take.
